- Vacuum Truck- Wet type:
The wet type vacuum truck is designed to suck mainly liquids and partly semi solid material. Under certain circumstances this type also can be used to suck dry materials.
The vacuum truck is connected to a vacuum pump, generally a liquid ring type pump or a vane pump. The air displacement of these pumps lies between 3000m3 /hr. and 9000m3/hr. the movement of the material either takes place by vacuum or by air movement depending on the material or the air to be sucked
- Vacuum Truck- Dry type:
The dry vacuum truck is specially designed to suck dry materials, i.e. powder, grains, sands, granules, catalyst, fly ash, dust, debris, etc. one of the main difference is the large dust filters as part of the unit.
The vacuum tank is connected to a vacuum pump, generally a root blower type pump with an ability to displace very large air volumes even with varying resistances. The shape of the pump is very compact, and the pump is very reliable. The air flow generated by the root blower is so powerful that it can be used to transport solid materials
