This project involves the renewal of certain catalysts within a particular industrial unit in multiple phases over a long period. The work also includes cleaning the heat exchangers of the “Fin-Fan” type to maintain their optimal performance.
Project Phases:
1. Evaluate current stimuli.
2. Purchase and acquisition of new catalysts.
3. Turn off and remove old triggers.
4. Download new catalysts.
5. Startup and performance testing.
6. Regular maintenance and regular replacement of catalysts.
It also includes cleaning the “Fin-Fan” heat exchangers to remove pollution and dust from the outer panels of the exchangers.
